This is a pastel depicting the old drive-ins and classic movies in a modern, expressive style. Drive-in's and old movies are slowly being forgotten and have all but disappeared from our modern daily life and this is my artistic way to have them seen in a new way. The title of this piece is taken from a Mae West film where she says, "It's better to be looked over than overlooked." This is an original painting by Knoxville artist Mike C Berry and it is matted with a 3 inch white mat under regular glass in a natural wood frame measuring 20 x 24 inches (included).
